Crystal Bowl Experience
11:00 am to 12:30 pm
A 90 minute hands on crystal bowl experience.
This is a relaxed and welcoming space to explore the sound and vibration of crystal bowls. We will share a little about how the bowls work, how sound moves through the body, and how different bowls create different tones and frequencies.
Everyone will have a chance to sit with a bowl and actually play it themselves.
