What to Expect at Our Moons
Each Full Moon Ceremony begins with a few minutes of light, de-stressing movement to help you ground and settle into the space. The night includes guided meditation, hands on energy work, and a sound bath that takes you into a state of healing and release. Journaling prompts and a fire-burning ritual help you let go of what no longer serves you, creating space for transformation.
We’ve thought of everything so you can fully immerse yourself in this transformative experience. No need to bring anything at all—we even have pillows and blankets ready for you, so you can relax deeply and focus on your inner journey. From journaling supplies to sound healing instruments, everything you’ll need is provided. Our goal is to create a sacred space where all you have to do is show up and let go.
