Alchemy Sound Bath Facilitated by Elise Alchemy is the ancient practice of transformation. In this experience, we combine the breath of the current lunar cycle with the rich vibrations of alchemy crystal singing bowls to create a deeply restorative experience for both body and mind. Unlike traditional crystal bowls, alchemy bowls are infused with precious metals, minerals, and gemstones, creating complex tones and harmonics that surround you with layers of sound and vibration. The class begins with simple guided breathwork inspired by the current moon cycle, helping calm the nervous system and bring you into the present moment. You'll then settle onto our plush 3-inch memory foam beds for a candlelit sound bath featuring alchemy crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, ocean drum, rain stick, gong, and other therapeutic instruments. Many guests leave feeling lighter, grounded, mentally clear, and deeply rested. No experience is necessary. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle into your space.
