Perfect for all fitness levels—whether you're brand new to movement or a lifelong leg-warmer lover. 🌀 10 Minutes – Breathwork + Drop-In We begin seated or standing with simple breathwork to get centered, grounded, and connected to your body. This helps you land fully in the space and preps your system for joyful movement. 🔥 30 Minutes – 80s-Inspired Cardio Workout Low-impact or high-energy—you choose your level. We move through classic 80s aerobic sequences inspired by Jane Fonda’s original routines. Expect upbeat music, easy-to-follow choreography, and plenty of modifications. Think toe taps, side steps, arm reaches, and shoulder rolls—all done with joy and rhythm. Feel free to show up in your favorite throwback gear—legwarmers, bold colors, and retro vibes totally welcome. 💤 15 Minutes – Sound Healing + Energy Work After the cardio, we shift to mats for deep relaxation. You'll be immersed in live sound healing (crystal bowls, chimes, and more), layered with intuitive energy work to help the body reset and restore. ☁️ 5 Minutes – Integration + Closing We close with grounding breaths and quiet reflection to seal in the experience before you float back into your day feeling lighter, brighter, and totally recharged.
