Each month, under the medicine of the Dark Moon, we descend together into the fertile soil of the psyche to engage in intentional shadow work. Using a blend of oracle and tarot cards, somatic practices, and mini rituals, we explore one of six rotating themes that illuminate the unconscious patterns, emotional residues, and ancestral echoes asking for our attention. This isn’t about fixing or purging—it’s about facing, feeling, and freeing.
