Join us for a deeply restorative Thursday evening session designed to realign your energy, balance your chakras, and help you move into the weekend feeling grounded, clear, and renewed. Candlelight and 3 inch memory foam beds. This immersive experience blends breathwork, meditation, intuitive Reiki, and continuous chakra-focused sound healing to support your full energetic reset whether you’re new to energy work or deeply on your path. We begin with breathwork and a few minutes of gentle movement to open the energy centers. From there, you’ll drop into stillness with a guided body scan and restorative poses, while each chakra is supported through visualization, affirmations, and vibrational healing. Throughout the session, you’ll be surrounded by sound including Tibetan singing bowls placed on and near your body along with crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments intentionally played to release blockages and bring you back into balance. A gentle layer of Reiki is woven in to deepen the integration and help you soften into full energetic alignment. Whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional balance, or simply a peaceful place to land, this journey offers you a powerful invitation to reset and realign before the weekend.
