Oceanview Stretch + Flow with Meditation

Service Description

This class takes place at Beach Terrace - Address: 2775 Ocean St, Carlsbad, CA 92008 Start your Sunday morning with a peaceful Stretch + Flow class to the waves! Join us during low tide for a tranquil class right on the sand in front of the hotel. On high tide days, we’ll move to the Sun Deck or Pool Deck, both offering stunning ocean views and the calming sound of the waves. Class begins with a gentle stretching yoga flow and ends with a guided meditation combined with reiki. This is an all-level 60 minute class. Even if you have never meditated or taken yoga before, you will feel right at home moving your body to the sound of the ocean waves. This is a great way to have a peaceful, more productive day. The Details Arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to class start time to park and get set up. Don't forget a water bottle, sunscreen, and sunglasses. Bring a yoga mat. Street parking is available.
