Start your week with intention, community, and cacao in this soulful Monday morning ritual. Mystic Morning Alignments is a gentle, grounding experience where you'll explore intention-setting through oracle cards, journaling, intuitive energy work, breath practices, affirmations, and reflection. You’ll learn how to infuse your ceremonial cacao with personal energy and take part in meaningful connection with others. Each class includes a short 2–3 minute somatic shakeout to move your intention through the body, and we close with a silent meditation while gentle energy work is shared to help you step into your week in alignment. You’re welcome to bring your own journal, but we’ll have paper and pens for you so you can just come as you are. No movement clothes required. This is a ritual, not a workout. No prior experience needed.. No refunds or exchanges.
