Start your Saturday with deep rest and radiant renewal. This hour-long session begins with grounding breathwork and a few gentle movements to open the body and settle the energy then it’s all about stillness, sound, and subtle energy healing. You’ll rest on 3-inch memory foam beds by candlelight, surrounded by the soothing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and vibrational instruments. While you’re immersed in sound, intuitive energy work is gently offered to support your body, emotions, and spirit. We close with soft affirmations to help anchor clarity and ease into your weekend. This is your Saturday reset a peaceful, supportive space to release what’s been building, reconnect to yourself, and step into the weekend feeling clear and restored.
