All the benefits of chakra alignment, plus an immersive sound bath. It combines energy clearing, crystal placement, and Tibetan bowls on the body while a second HBM team member plays a full sound bath to deepen the healing allowing Elizabeth to focus entirely on your energy. You may leave feeling centered, energized, and deeply renewed.

Drop into your body with grounding practices and active breathwork designed to awaken and balance your chakras. This rhythmic journey weaves breath, drumming, spoken affirmations, and intuitive energy work to move stuck energy and reconnect you to your inner power. We meet in person or over Zoom each week for 75 minutes, with sessions that blend conversation, clarity, and intuitive practices. Between sessions, I create personalized reflections, rituals, and practices so your path continues to unfold with guidance even outside our time together.
