This special event begins 90 minutes before sunset for Fall and Winter and blends fun, connection, and deep relaxation to leave you feeling renewed and inspired.
Gentle Stretching: Ease into the moment with light movement to release tension.
Guided Meditation: A soothing body scan to center your mind and melt away stress.
Sound Bath & Reiki: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound instruments paired with Reiki energy work. Let the tranquil sounds wash over you as you unwind in this peaceful outdoor setting.
