Crystal Bowl Foundations - Practice + Sound Bath Creation

In just one afternoon, you’ll learn how to play crystal bowls and how to create a full flowing mini sound bath to support a friend, loved one, or small group.

This four-hour in-person training is Level 1 of our Crystal Bowl Training Pathway and it’s where true confidence and clarity begin. You’ll leave knowing how to build a complete mini sound healing experience from start to finish, with real technique, energetic safety, and an understanding of how sound works in the body and the energy field. This is hands-on, real practice, and a training that sets you up to feel confident right away.
