In this 3-hour in-person training, you’ll not only learn how to play you’ll understand the energetic and emotional impact of sound, and how to safely begin using it to support both yourself and others. This is Level 1 of our crystal bowl training pathway a hands-on, in-person workshop designed to give you a clear and confident start.
