Under the First Quarter Moon we gather for Chakra Alchemy, a lunar workshop where you learn meditation practices while working with the energy of a specific chakra.

The First Quarter Moon represents movement and forward action. It is the point in the lunar cycle when intentions begin to take shape and energy starts building momentum. We use this moment as an anchor to come together and actively work with the energy within our own system.

Each gathering focuses on a different chakra.

This evening is designed for those who want to learn meditation or deepen their practice. Together we explore meditation techniques and how breath mantra sound and gentle movement can help shift energy within the body and support the chakra we are working with.
