Join us for a playful and rejuvenating Sound Bath and Meditation experience at Magee Park, the first Saturday of every month!
This special event begins 1 hour before sunset during the Golden Hour!
Each month, we start with a lighthearted activity to spark laughter and creativity, these activities reconnect us to our inner child and set a joyful tone for the day.
Afterward, transition into a calming and restorative experience:
Gentle Stretching about 3 minutes: Ease into the moment with light movement to release tension.
