This gathering blends astrology-aligned breathwork, shamanic energy healing, and sound medicine to help you release, reset, and realign.
Each month, we work with the current cosmic themes. Through guided breath, intuitive energy healing, and the ancient resonance of sound, you’ll reconnect to your body, clear stagnant energy, and access the wisdom that’s been waiting within you.

Dress in comfy clothes. Bring a blanket, eye cover, pillow, journal, and water if desired. You’ll be resting on cozy 3-inch memory foam beds for ultimate comfort and support.
