Nestle into one of our cozy memory foam beds, surrounded by the soft glow of candlelight, as we begin with a gentle guided meditation inspired by the Winter Solstice. From there, drift into an immersive sound bath filled with soothing vibrations designed to calm your nervous system, quiet your mind, and invite deep relaxation.
