This One-on-One session takes place on the beach. It is an intuitive lead session. 

I will use different forms of healing modalities to help you achieve your desired goal. 

They will range from breathwork, meditation, reiki, movement, crystals, and sound.  

You may request to focus on one modality. 

Clear, balance and unblock your chakras. I guide you on a mediation journey while using breathwork, crystals, energy work including reiki, and sound.
