Candlelight Sound Bath Grounding Breathwork • Sound Bath • Soundscapes • Reiki Tuesdays at 7:00 PM 60 minutes This class is offered on select Tuesdays each month, typically two to three times monthly. This candlelight sound bath is a still, deeply restorative experience designed to calm the nervous system and support deep rest. The entire class takes place on memory foam beds so you are fully supported from start to finish. There is no movement during this class. The first portion of class begins with gentle grounding breathwork while layered soundscapes play in the background. During this opening phase, Reiki is offered as participants rest, breathe, and listen. As the breathwork completes, guidance fades and the experience transitions into a full sound bath. During this portion, live sound is played while participants continue resting on their memory foam beds. Candlelight, soundscapes, and live sound work together to help the body settle into a deeply relaxed state. This class is ideal if you feel overstimulated, mentally busy, physically tired, or in need of nervous system regulation. No experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are.
