Yin • Journey Through the Chakras • Sound Bath Led by Chelsea This Yin class is a grounding exploration through the chakras, guided by Chelsea. You’ll move through long-held postures designed to open energy pathways, deepen awareness, and bring the body into balance. This class takes place on yoga mats and ends with a 15-minute sound bath led by the Impostors. • A Yin journey through the chakras combining intention, stillness, and energy awareness • Long-held shapes to gently release tension in the fascia and energy centers • The final 15 minutes devoted to a full sound bath to integrate and restore balance Settle into stillness as the body softens and the mind quiets, creating space for renewal from the inside out.
