 I will use different forms of healing modalities to help you achieve your desired goal.

Choices range from breathwork, meditation, reiki, movement, crystals, chakra work, and/or sound healing. These sessions incorporate a blend of reiki and intuitive healing. The sound healing methods, utilize various sounds like crystal tones, rattles, drums, Tibetan bowl, and chimes.

We can clear, balance and unblock your chakras. We can work on all the chakra or focus on one.

Reiki sessions aim to enhance relaxation, clarity, and healing across the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects.

Looking for more direction? Sessions can also be used for Spiritual Coaching and Guidance.  Zoom sessions are available too.
