The Art of Holding Space Alumni Circle is a gathering created exclusively for graduates of **Art of Holding Space for Yourself**. Every 6–8 weeks, we come together to reconnect, share what’s unfolding in our lives, revisit tools from our toolbox, and continue integrating the work long after graduation. Each gathering includes community check-ins, somatic practices, reflection, discussion, and a deeper exploration of a topic connected to the art of holding space. Together, we'll explore how these teachings show up in real life, celebrating wins, navigating challenges, and supporting one another as we continue to grow.
