Simply lie back on our 3-inch memory foam beds under soft candlelight and allow yourself to receive. What to expect: • Reiki Energy Healing – Elizabeth offers gentle Reiki and intuitive energy work that may support clearing balance and restoration. • Hands On Sound Healing – Elizabeth uses vibrational instruments directly on and around the body to deepen release and relaxation. • Immersive Sound Bath – Mark surrounds you with a continuous live soundscape of crystal bowls and vibrational instruments that may soothe your nervous system and guide you into rest. • Final 20 Minutes – Elizabeth and Mark play together for a layered deeply immersive closing sound experience.
