Holidays at Beach Terrace Fourth Annual Stretch & Flow Sound Bath Holiday Series Join us for one holiday morning or both as we celebrate our fourth year of gathering for these special classes. Each includes gentle stretching and an oceanfront sound bath with a special focus for the day. Thanksgiving · November 26 at 10 a.m. Begin your holiday with a peaceful reset. We close with a special gratitude meditation to reflect on what you appreciate and carry that feeling into the day. Christmas Eve · December 24 at 10 a.m. Take a quiet moment for yourself before the celebrations begin. We close with a meditation centered on peace and presence so you can meet the day feeling grounded and connected. The Experience We begin with slow gentle stretching to open the body and reconnect with the breath. Then settle into a guided sound bath with the ocean as your backdrop. Everyone receives hands on sound healing with a calming tuning fork moment over the heart. All levels are welcome. This is a gentle reset for your mind body and spirit. Special Holiday Pricing $33 for one class $51 for both · Save $15 Book individually or purchase the holiday package. Regular class passes and packages cannot be used. The Details Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to park and get set up. Bring your yoga mat or purchase the yoga setup add-on when booking and we’ll have your setup ready for you.
