There is movement, preparation, emotion, and very little space to truly pause. This class is created as a quiet break in the middle of the day, a chance to step out of the holiday rhythm and let your body settle. You’ll rest on our three inch memory foam beds under candlelight as the room softens and the outside world fades. Sound and energy work guide you into a state of calm so you can return to your day feeling steady and present. What to expect • Holiday pause meditation. Elizabeth guides a calming meditation focused on slowing the breath and easing the nervous system. • Reiki energy healing. Intuitive energy work supports relaxation, balance, and ease. • Hands on sound healing. Tibetan bowls are placed on and around the body to deepen grounding and rest. • Immersive sound bath. Mark creates a flowing soundscape with crystal bowls and vibrational instruments. • Final integration. Elizabeth and Mark play together to close the session, layering sound and energy so everything can fully settle and land.
