Earth Day Special Candlelit Meditation and Sound Healing Quarter Moon Earth Day Focus your midweek nervous system reset Facilitated by Elizabeth and Mark In honor of Earth Day and the Quarter Moon, this Wednesday evening experience becomes a deeper invitation to slow down, reconnect, and move energy into action. This is a moment to not only feel your connection to the Earth, but to align with how you want to live within it. You’ll rest on plush 3 inch memory foam beds with pillows and blankets beneath soft candlelight as breath, visualization, and sound guide you into deep regulation, expansion, and reconnection. The first half of the class begins with a special Earth inspired breathwork designed to connect you to the living rhythm of the planet while activating the forward moving energy of the Quarter Moon. From there, Elizabeth guides a powerful Earth Day visualization meditation with Reiki, helping you reconnect with the energy, intelligence, and life force of the Earth while bringing awareness to how that energy moves through you. Mark weaves crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, and other vibrational instruments throughout, creating a soundscape inspired by natural rhythms and elements, supporting focus, release, and clarity. The second half of the class becomes a fully immersive sound bath. Both facilitators play simultaneously, surrounding you with layered sound and vibration. This portion is designed to help the body release tension, settle the mind, and restore balance, while integrating the energy of both Earth connection and forward movement. This is a one night only Earth Day and Quarter Moon experience.
