Sound Bath • Reset Select Friday nights at 7:00 PM 60 minute class This Friday night reset is an invitation to slow down, power off, and gently transition into your weekend. You’ll be guided into rest through a relaxing live sound bath, with Reiki energy intentionally infused throughout the space. It’s an experience rooted in sound, presence, and spaciousness, offering you a place to fully receive. These sessions are part of our community give back offerings and are facilitated by either Lexi or Chelsea on select Fridays. Each brings their own grounding presence while holding the same calm, restorative container.
