Holidays at Beach Terrace Fourth Annual Stretch & Flow Sound Bath Holiday Series Join us for one holiday morning or all three as we celebrate our fourth year of gathering for these special classes. Each includes gentle stretching and an oceanfront sound bath with a special focus for the day. Thanksgiving · November 26 at 10 a.m. Begin your holiday with a peaceful reset. We close with a special gratitude meditation to reflect on what you appreciate and carry that feeling into the day. Christmas Eve · December 24 at 10 a.m. Take a quiet moment for yourself before the celebrations begin. We close with a meditation centered on peace and presence so you can meet the day feeling grounded and connected. New Year Intention Setting · January 3 at 9 a.m. Make space for what you want to welcome into the new year. A special intention setting practice helps you connect with how you want to feel and what you want to nurture in 2027. The Experience We begin with slow gentle stretching to open the body and reconnect with the breath. Then settle into a guided sound bath with the ocean as your backdrop. Everyone receives hands on sound healing with a calming tuning fork moment over the heart. All levels are welcome. This is a gentle reset for your mind body and spirit. Location Beach Terrace 2775 Ocean St Carlsbad CA 92008 We meet on the sand when the tide allows. During high tide we move to the deck with beautiful ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves. If rain or weather prevents us from meeting outdoors we will gather indoors at Happy Blue Marble: 3087 State St Carlsbad CA 92008 Approximately a 4 minute drive or 11 minute walk from Beach Terrace. Special Holiday Pricing $33 for one class $84 for all three · Save $15 Book individually or purchase the three-class holiday package. Special holiday passes are required. Regular class passes and packages cannot be used. The Details Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to park and get set up. Bring your yoga mat or purchase the yoga setup add-on when booking and we’ll have your setup ready for you. Bring water sunscreen and sunglasses. Street parking available. Ages 18 and older.
