✨ Happy Blue Marble Kids Mindful Movement and Music ✨ Mondays 3:00 to 4:00 PM with Chelsea & Olivia Give your child a space to move, play, and learn how to regulate their nervous system. This sixty minute class blends kid friendly somatic movement, yoga, sound bath, breathwork, and simple nervous system techniques into a fun and imaginative experience. Through drums, rhythm instruments, creative games, and mindful exercises, children learn how to listen to their bodies, express emotions in healthy ways, and build tools they can use at home or school to feel grounded and confident. This class helps kids 🌿 Release energy through movement 🧘‍♀️ Explore simple yoga and breath techniques 🎶 Connect with rhythm and sound 💛 Strengthen emotional awareness ✨ Build self regulation skills in a playful way Ages five to twelve and perfect for kids who need a mindful reset, love music, or benefit from supportive somatic practices. This is a weekly class. There will be a few Mondays when class does not run because of studio trainings or when our Full Moon or New Moon events fall on a Monday or Tuesday. On those weeks the class will simply not appear on the booking calendar. This class is currently offered at an introductory price of $33 Parents are welcome to relax in our front sitting area during class and enjoy a cup of tea. Meet your teacher Chelsea Chelsea has over 15 years of experience supporting children through learning and play. She taught English in Spain with her TEFL certification and has worked as a substitute teacher and tutor. She also spent time with Oceanside Parks and Recreation in their after school and summer programs. Chelsea brings ukulele, movement, creativity, and social emotional learning into her classes, creating spaces where kids feel safe, supported, and confident. She is CPR and First Aid certified.
