✨ Happy Blue Marble Kids Mindful Movement and Music ✨ Wednesday 3:30 to 4:30 PM with Chelsea Give your child a supportive space to move, play, and learn how to regulate their nervous system in a way that feels fun, creative, and engaging. This sixty minute class blends kid friendly somatic movement, yoga, sound, breathwork, and simple nervous system tools into an imaginative experience designed to support emotional and physical well being. Through drums, rhythm instruments, creative games, mindful movement, and calming practices, children learn how to listen to their bodies, express emotions in healthy ways, and build confidence, focus, and grounding skills they can use at home or school. Classes are playful, structured, and supportive, helping kids release energy while also learning how to slow down and reset. This Wednesday class is perfectly timed with the Carlsbad Village farmers market. Drop your kids off, enjoy a moment to yourself, and stroll the market while they are cared for in a calm and nurturing environment. Grab fresh produce, flowers, or a coffee and enjoy a midweek pause knowing your child is supported. Ages five to twelve. This is a weekly Wednesday class. On weeks with studio trainings or Moon events, class will not run. Introductory price $33. Parents are welcome to relax in our front sitting area during class and enjoy a cup of tea. Meet your teacher Chelsea is a Kids Mindful Movement and Music instructor with over fifteen years of experience supporting children through learning, creativity, and play. She has taught English in Spain, worked as a substitute teacher and tutor, and supported children through Oceanside Parks and Recreation programs. Chelsea brings music, rhythm, movement, and social emotional learning into her classes, creating spaces where kids feel safe, confident, and encouraged to be themselves.
