Mother's Day at Beach Terrace May 10th

Sunday May 10th at 9 a.m. Location: Beach Terrace 2775 Ocean St, Carlsbad, CA 92008 (on the sand, moves to Happy Blue Marble if it rains) Let the ocean reset you. This is a special Mother’s Day class to celebrate and honor Mother Nature and anyone who nurtures and cares for life. Plant Moms we are talking to you too! Bring your Mother, your friends, or come as you are. Ages 18+ only This class is not a workout. It’s a reset for your mind, body, and spirit. We begin slowly moving and stretching to shake off the week, reconnect to the breath, and open the body. Then we come down into stillness for a guided sound bath meditation with crystal bowls and the waves in the background, held by three sound healers. Each participant will receive a flower as part of our time together. Each participant receives hands on sound healing with Tibetan bowls + crystal instruments placed gently on and around the body. This is a fully immersive, hands on experience designed to calm the nervous system and bring you into deep stillness. The class closes with a soft gratitude meditation to help you leave feeling clear, grounded, and at peace. Whether you're new to movement or meditation, you'll feel right at home here. We meet right on the sand. If it rains, class will take place inside at Happy Blue Marble.
