This New Year’s Eve class brings together meditation Reiki and sound healing to help you release what you no longer want to carry into the new year. This is your moment to pause breathe and reset before the evening begins. Settle onto our three inch memory foam beds under candlelight and allow your body to soften as the room begins to quiet. Elizabeth and Mark guide you inward with space to reflect on the journey you have walked and welcome what comes next. What to expect • End of year meditation. Elizabeth leads a gentle guided meditation to help you let go of what you no longer want to carry into the new year. • Reiki energy healing. Intuitive energy work offers support for relaxation balance and grounding. • Hands on sound healing. Tibetan bowls are placed on and around the body to deepen the experience of sound and vibration. • Immersive sound bath. Mark creates a flowing soundscape of crystal bowls and vibrational instruments to invite deep rest. • Final twenty minutes. Elizabeth and Mark layer sound together for a deeply immersive closing designed to seal your intentions for the new year. Attending the 3:00 PM session? After class you may wish to walk to City Beach to watch the final sunset of the year. Let the stroll become part of your ritual as you take in the ocean air and welcome a new beginning.
