Every Sunday at 9 a.m. Location: Beach Terrace – 2775 Ocean St, Carlsbad, CA 92008 Let the ocean reset you. This class is not a workout. It’s a weekly reset for your mind, body, and spirit. We begin slowly moving and stretching to shake off the week, reconnect to the breath, and open the body. Then we come down into stillness for a guided sound bath meditation with crystal bowls and the waves in the background. Each participant receives hands-on Tibetan sound healing with bowls placed gently on and around the body, plus a calming tuning fork moment over the heart. The class closes with a soft gratitude meditation to help you leave feeling clear, grounded, and at peace. Whether you're new to movement or meditation, you'll feel right at home here. We meet right on the sand during low tide. On high tide days, we move to the Sun Deck or Pool Deck — both with stunning ocean views and the calming sound of the waves.
