Sunday Stretch & Sound by the Sea **Sundays • 9:00 AM** **Location: Beach Terrace 2775 Ocean St, Carlsbad, CA 92008 *(If weather doesn't allow for a beach session, we'll gather indoors at Happy Blue Marble.)* An Exclusive Experience on the Private Beach at Beach Terrace Step onto the private beach at Beach Terrace for a peaceful morning of gentle movement, mindful stretching, meditation, and immersive sound healing—all with the rhythm of the ocean as your backdrop. This isn't a workout. It's a weekly opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin the week feeling clear, grounded, and renewed. We begin with gentle stretching, mindful movement, and breathwork to awaken the body, release tension, and create space for stillness. Then you'll settle into a guided meditation accompanied by crystal singing bowls and the soothing sound of the waves. Each guest receives individual hands-on sound healing with Tibetan bowls placed gently on and around the body or a calming tuning fork over the heart. We close with a gratitude meditation, helping you leave feeling peaceful, refreshed, and deeply restored. Whether you're brand new to movement or meditation or have an established practice, you'll feel right at home here. Our Oceanfront Setting During low tide, we gather directly on the sand for an unforgettable experience just steps from the ocean. On high tide days, we move to Beach Terrace's beautiful Sun Deck or Pool Deck, where you'll still enjoy breathtaking ocean views and the calming sound of the waves. **Peace. Healing.
