**Chakra Alchemy** First Quarter Moon Sound Bath Chakra Alchemy is an immersive sound bath with a focus on the chakra energy system, with subtle elements woven in to support the body as it settles. Under the First Quarter Moon, we gather to move energy forward and support the body in taking the next step. Each gathering highlights a specific chakra, while the experience remains rooted in the sound bath itself. You’ll begin with a short opening that may include slow, grounding breathwork and simple affirmations to bring awareness to the chakra of the month. From there, you’ll drift into an immersive sound bath, allowing the body to release, process, and integrate naturally. This is a space to receive. The guidance is light, just enough to support you without pulling you out of the experience. You’ll rest comfortably on our memory foam beds as layered sound and vibration fill the space.. You may experience: • slow, grounding breathwork • light chakra-focused affirmations • a short guided opening • extended sound bath immersion • intuitive energy work woven throughout You’ll leave feeling reset, grounded, and more connected to your own internal rhythm.
