Sound and Energy Facilitator Training

Service Description

This in person eight week training is for those who want to confidently facilitate sound baths while learning sound chakra awareness intuitive energy practices and ethical space holding. This training unfolds over time allowing skills confidence and awareness to build through in class learning and guided take home lessons. Dates April 9 - May 28 Thursdays Week 1 10:30-1:30 Weeks 2 -7 11-1 Week 8 10:30-1:30 Each week participants take home a different sound instrument with a guided take home lesson and return with questions insights and lived experience. What You Will Learn Sound Bath Foundations • sound bath facilitation basics / history • how sound interacts with emotions chakras and lived experience • using sound for grounding regulation and presence Instruments + Sound • Tibetan and crystal singing bowls • drums and simple percussion • additional sound instruments • intro to gong • volume pacing layering and flow Creating a Sound Bath • structuring a sound bath from opening to closing • sound bath journeys scripts and silence • weaving sound guidance and stillness Hands On Practice • weekly hands on practice • facilitating and receiving sound baths • repetition observation and real time experience • preparing and facilitating sound experiences Intuitive Energy Awareness • grounding and clearing before playing • setting intention internally • letting sound carry energy • sensing when sound wants to soften ground or expand • energetic boundaries while facilitating Trauma Aware Space Holding • trauma informed facilitation basics • recognizing nervous system responses • consent choice and ethical responsibility • slowing grounding or shifting sound safely Facilitator Presence • how your energy impacts the group • staying regulated before during and after sessions • protecting your nervous system as a facilitator Chakra Based Learning • one chakra per week Professional Practice Intro • beginning responsibly • basic insurance awareness • overview of banking and business setup options • understanding LLC and sole proprietor basics • ethical considerations • pathways for continued learning Certification Receive a Certified Sound and Energy Facilitator Certificate Sound Bath and Sound Healing Focus This Training includes • in person embodied learning • structured guidance between sessions • learning to facilitate sound baths responsibly • chakra awareness, intuitive energy work, and ethical space holding No Refunds or Exchanges.
