Sound Bath Facilitation Training

Service Description

This in person three day training is for those who want to confidently create and facilitate sound baths while learning how to hold people safely ethically and skillfully within sound. The focus is hands on practice and real facilitation experience. Fri 5 to 7:30 PM Sat 10AM to 5PM Sun 12:30 to 5 PM What You Will Learn Sound Bath Foundations • sound healing and sound bath facilitation • how sound interacts with emotions thoughts chakras and life experiences • using sound for relaxation grounding and present moment awareness Instruments + Sound • Tibetan singing bowls • crystal singing bowls • drums and simple percussion • additional sound instruments used in sound baths • intro to gong • volume pacing layering and flow Creating a Sound Bath • structuring a sound bath from opening to closing • sound bath meditations journeys and scripts • flow between sound silence and guidance Hands On Practice • extensive hands on practice throughout the weekend • facilitating and receiving sound baths • repetition observation and real time experience • preparing and facilitating your own sound bath Intuitive Energy Awareness in Sound • grounding and clearing before playing • setting intention internally before touching the bowls • placing intentional energy into sound and letting sound carry it • sensing when sound wants to soften ground or expand • energetic boundaries while facilitating Trauma Aware Space Holding • trauma informed sound facilitation basics • recognizing nervous system responses • overwhelm versus relaxation • slowing grounding or shifting sound safely • consent choice and ethical responsibility Facilitator Presence • how your energy impacts the group • staying grounded while facilitating • regulating yourself before during and after sessions • protecting your nervous system as a facilitator Experience + Professional Practice • creating a supportive container from arrival to closing • room setup atmosphere opening and closing • integration and grounding after sessions • facilitating responsibly in public and professional settings • co creating and assisting with other facilitators Nourishment Fri charcuterie Sat lunch Sun snacks Certification Receive a Sound Bath Facilitation Certificate.
