Thursday July 31st at Sunset We’re bringing something special to the Sun Deck at Beach Terrace. Perched right above the ocean with nothing between you and the waves but sea air and sky. You’ll see the ocean. You’ll hear the ocean. You’ll feel the ocean. We’ll start with a mellow stretching flow for all levels to release stress and open up your body. As the tide rolls in, you’ll be guided into a sound bath meditation with the waves as your backdrop. Just as you rise from the sound, the sun will be sinking low. Sit back, sip an optional tea, and let the sky close the evening with its colors. This class is free for Beach Terrace hotel guests. Spots are limited and the magic is real. Reserve your place now.
