As the longest day of the year unfolds and the First Quarter Moon invites forward movement, we'll gather for a deeply restorative experience designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect with your intentions for the season ahead. Summer has a way of filling our calendars before we've had a chance to check in with ourselves. This gathering offers an opportunity to pause, reflect, and create space for what you want the second half of the year to feel like. As part of the experience, you'll be guided on a visualization journey to connect with an animal for the season ahead. Across many traditions, animals have been used as symbols of wisdom, instinct, resilience, and personal growth. During the journey, you'll be invited to notice which animal appears and what qualities it may represent for you. Some participants experience vivid imagery and clearly see an animal. Others receive a feeling, word, memory, emotion, or simple sense of knowing. There is no right or wrong way to experience the journey. The invitation is simply to remain open to whatever emerges. You will rest comfortably on three-inch memory foam beds while sound and vibration guide you into a deeply restorative state. Some participants leave feeling refreshed and renewed. Others leave with a meaningful symbol, insight, or a clearer sense of direction for the months ahead.
