Six Week In Person Series This is for the person who knows they are sensitive, intuitive, and deeply aware but still finds themselves people pleasing, second guessing, overriding their own no, or feeling disconnected from their body and intuition. This work is about coming back to yourself. Over six weeks, you learn how to feel safe in your body again, hear your own intuition clearly, and stay connected to yourself in real life moments. You learn how to stop abandoning yourself to keep the peace and how to support yourself from the inside out. This is not talk therapy. This is not a lecture. This is embodied, practical work done in a small, intimate, in person setting. You are guided slowly and safely, week by week. What you will learn You will learn how to recognize your body’s signals before you react. You will learn how to regulate your nervous system when emotions rise. You will learn how to hear the difference between intuition and fear. You will learn how to stop people pleasing and trust your no. You will learn how to stay present with yourself during discomfort. You will learn how to clear what you absorb from others. Most importantly, you will learn how to hold space for yourself without collapsing, fixing, or leaving your body. Each week we meet in person in a small group. We begin by grounding into the body, slowing the nervous system, and creating safety. There is guided teaching, shared reflection, and embodied practice. You leave each session with one clear tool to practice throughout the week so the work integrates into your daily life. Week 1 Feeling safe in your body Week 2 Understanding your nervous system Week 3 Interrupting people pleasing patterns Week 4 Clearing what is not yours Week 5 Releasing stored emotion Week 6 Taking your no back and integration Why this matters When you stop people pleasing, your body has to feel safe enough to tolerate someone else’s disappointment. When you trust your intuition again, your nervous system has to be regulated enough to hear it. When you take your no back, you have to stay connected to yourself even when it is uncomfortable.
