Service Description

Six Week In Person Series This is for anyone who feels disconnected from themselves in any way. That might look like people pleasing, second guessing, or overriding your own no. It might also look like staying busy, distracting yourself, shutting down, or avoiding what you feel. Sometimes it shows up during moments of loss, change, or heartbreak. Most people were never taught how to actually be with themselves without trying to fix, escape, or override what is coming up. This work is about coming back to you. You learn how to feel in your body again, hear your own intuition clearly, and stay connected to yourself in real life moments. You learn how to support yourself instead of abandoning yourself, even when it is uncomfortable. This is not talk therapy. This is not a lecture. This is embodied, practical work done in a small, intimate, in person setting. You are guided slowly and safely, week by week to: Recognize your body’s signals before you react Regulate your nervous system when emotions rise Hear the difference between intuition and fear Stay with yourself instead of leaving your body Stop abandoning yourself in big and small ways Clear what you absorb from others Most importantly, you will learn how to hold space for yourself without collapsing, fixing, or checking out. Each week we meet in person in a small group. You leave each session with clear tools to practice throughout the week so the work integrates into your daily life. Week 1 Creating a safe space for yourself and building your personal altar Week 2 Understanding your nervous system and the chakra system Week 3 Interrupting patterns that pull you away from yourself Week 4 Clearing what is not yours and releasing stored emotion Week 5 Taking your no back and staying with it Week 6 Integration This work is also incredibly supportive during times of grief, loss, or heartbreak. When you stop abandoning yourself, your body has to feel safe enough to stay. When you trust your intuition again, your nervous system has to be regulated enough to hear it. When you take your no back, you have to stay connected to yourself even when it is uncomfortable. This work teaches you how to do that.
