Reiki • Sound Bath • Heart Centered Valentine’s Day Special Sunset is 5:30 PM We begin at 3:45 PM to close before golden hour Seventy minute class February 14 at 3:45 PM Ends at 4:55 PM After class you might choose to walk toward the sunset. City Beach is an eight minute walk from the studio and this gentle stroll can simply be a quiet transition from the experience into whatever your evening holds whether that is heading home getting cozy or going out for dinner. This experience is designed as a heart centered pause. A space to soften the nervous system open the heart and reconnect inward whether you are coming as a couple, with a best friend, or solo this is an invitation to slow down receive and be held. You will rest on three inch memory foam beds under candlelight as the room quiets and your attention turns inward. From the moment the sound begins the experience unfolds as one continuous immersive journey. What to expect • A guided heart centered journey led to support grounding presence and emotional connection • Reiki energy healing by Elizabeth to support balance relaxation and gentle opening • Hands on sound healing using Tibetan bowls placed on and around the body as part of the immersive sound experience • A fully enveloping sound bath created by Mark using crystal bowls and vibrational instruments that carries you from beginning to end • A final sound convergence where Elizabeth and Mark play together layering sound and energy to gently seal the experience Optional add ons Tea to go A warm tea prepared for you to take with you perfect for a short walk toward the beach or on your way to the rest of your evening. Ritual love box for one or two people A simple guided ritual designed to take about fifteen to twenty minutes. It can be done at the beach during sunset and is meant to gently extend the intention of connection without taking over your night. If it is raining the ritual can be done later at home.
