Sound + Energy Evenings Thursdays 4:30 & 7 PM | Fridays 7 PM | Saturdays 4:30 & 7 PM ( Through the end of the year) As the year winds down, these weekly sessions offer a sanctuary to release stress, restore balance, and prepare for what’s ahead. Each class is a candlelight sound bath layered with intuitive energy work, inviting your body and mind to soften into stillness and renewal. The soundscape shifts each week, weaving together crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, gong, rain sticks, drums, and other sacred instruments to create a deeply immersive experience. No two sessions are exactly the same each carries its own rhythm and resonance to meet the energy of the moment. Gentle energy work flows alongside the sound, supporting grounding, alignment, and peace within. Pricing Options: Class Pack Holders: Full setup included memory foam bed, blanket, and pillow will be ready for you. Single Ticket – $25 Bring what you’ll need to feel comfortable your mat, blanket, and pillow. Add-On – $15: Upgrade to a memory foam bed setup with a blanket and pillow waiting when you arrive.
