We open the door to voices we believe in and this time, it’s Holly Rose. Holly is a Reiki I & II graduate trained by Happy Blue Marble, and she’s someone who pours her heart into every offering. After years of advocacy work in the breast cancer world and leading the nonprofit Check for a Lump, Holly found herself at a powerful crossroads. That turning point led her on a deep soul-searching journey through yoga, meditation, journaling, breathwork, chakradance, intuitive art, and more. During that time, it became crystal clear she was here to help others remember their light. She now leads Pure Bliss Retreats, where she creates spaces for women to reconnect, heal, laugh, and awaken. Her presence is warm, playful, and deeply intentional and we’re thrilled to host her for this special offering. 💫 It’s a magic potion to ignite your energy and offer deep self-love. 💫 So, what is Chakradance? Chakradance is a guided movement meditation that blends spontaneous dance, chakra wisdom, music, mandala art, and reflection. It has been practiced around the world for over 25 years and is endorsed by Deepak Chopra as a powerful path to emotional release, energetic alignment, and inner transformation. What to Expect: Each week, you’ll explore one of the seven chakras through guided movement, meditation, and mandala artwork no choreography or dance skills needed.
