Start your Sunday with Cosmic Breath a guided breath journey infused with astrology, sound healing, and energy work to help you release, realign, and step into the week ahead grounded and clear. We begin with a weekly astrology drop-in an intuitive talk covering the energetic themes and planetary movements coming up in the week ahead. You’ll leave with awareness of what’s rising, what to watch for, and how to work with the energy rather than against it. From there, you’ll move through a layered breath journey: • Begin with breath to calm and ground • Shift into active breathwork to clear and energize • Ease into regulating breath to re-center and soften • Then, lie back on a 3-inch memory foam bed for restorative breath, sound healing, and intuitive energy work. Cystal bowls and chimes wash through the space, Reiki and intuitive energy work are offered to help integrate your breath and align your system. No experience needed. All supplies provided.
