Sundays at 11:00 AM Cosmic Breath: A Weekly Energy Reset with Breath, Sound, and Astrology Start your Sunday on a 3-inch memory foam bed, wrapped in blankets, surrounded by sound, and guided through a journey of release and realignment. We begin with a short overview of the weekly astrology. Then, fully supported on your memory foam bed, you’ll be led through a layered breathwork experience: • Grounding breath to settle your nervous system • Activating breath to clear and energize • Regulating breath to soften and re-center • Restorative breath to invite deep calm As the breathwork slows, the sound bath begins crystal bowls fill the room. Intuitive energy work and Reiki are gently offered while you rest, helping you integrate and align. We close the sound bath with affirmations to anchor your energy and guide your week forward. The class ends with a deeper astrology chat as you rest. You’ll leave with awareness of what’s rising, what to watch for, and how to move with the energy rather than against it.
