Join us Wednesday morning at 10 AM for an hour of somatic stretching, rhythmic stomping, continuous sound bath, and intuitive energy work designed to bring deep relaxation, release, and renewal. Led by Elizabeth, owner of Happy Blue Marble and intuitive energy worker, this session begins with gentle stretches and somatic movements including rhythmic stomping to the beat of the drum, helping to awaken the body and clear stuck energy. A continuous sound bath flows throughout the class, creating a calming container for deep restoration. As Elizabeth weaves in intuitive insights and hands-on energy work, Chelsea and Stacey surround the space with crystal bowls, chimes, and vibrational instruments, amplifying the healing effects. The class transitions into an extended sound bath with affirmations to help integrate and seal in the work, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned. This midweek reset is your chance to reconnect with your inner self, release what no longer serves you, and restore your energy from the inside out.
