Our third annual Thanksgiving Stretch and Flow at Beach Terrace Thursday November 27 at 10 a.m. Beach Terrace 2775 Ocean St Carlsbad CA 92008 (NOT AT HAPPY BLUE MARBLE) Start your holiday morning with peace before the day begins. This is not a workout. It is a reset for your mind body and spirit. We start with slow gentle stretching to open the body and reconnect to the breath. After the movement we settle into stillness for a guided sound bath meditation with the ocean as the backdrop. We close with a soft gratitude meditation to ground you into the meaning of the day. Everyone receives hands on Tibetan sound healing with bowls placed gently on and around the body plus a calming tuning fork moment over the heart. All levels are welcome. You will feel right at home. We meet right on the sand during low tide. On high tide we move to the Deck with stunning ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves.
