Friday 4PM Sound Journey with Massage & Reiki Reset Start your weekend in balance Kick off your Friday afternoon with a deeply immersive class designed to carry you out of the week and into the weekend feeling lighter and more clear. The first half receive hands on Massage + Reiki to the sounds bowls. From there, you drift into the second half: a full sound bath. Reiki flows throughout the session, gently supporting balance and restoration. Simply lie back on our 3-inch memory foam beds under soft candlelight and allow yourself to receive.
